چکیده

Purpose. Development of a methodology for optimizing the technological parameters airlift operation, based on analysis pressure balance in annulus and drill string that occurs during drilling. Methodology. The tasks were solved by complex research method, which includes review generalization literary patent sources, analytical studies existing methods drilling with reverse circulation using an airlift. Findings. It has been established study method rotary circulation, important role is played arising course string. takes into account both hydrostatic pressures losses pumping water water-air mixture. A technique developed assessing effect rate penetration parameters. Originality. For first time, it shown makes possible to establish, given accuracy, average effective values output parameters: density mixture, its upward flow rate, air at velocity as approaches mixer. Practical value. proposed establish dependence depth well, well required compressor performance provide fluid rate.

Optimization of Dogleg Severity in Directional Drilling Oil Wells Using Particle Swarm Algorithm (Short Communication)

The dogleg severity is one of the most important parameters in directional drilling. Improvement of these indicators actually means choosing the best conditions for the directional drilling in order to reach the target point. Selection of high levels of the dogleg severity actually means minimizing well trajectory, but on the other hand, increases fatigue in drill string, increases torque and d...

Optimization of Cutting Parameters in Boring Operation

In the present work an attempt is made to select the combination of optimum cutting parameters which will result in better surface finish. Machining with optimum cutting parameters will result in minimum machining time and hence increasing the productivity. Four parameters viz. spindle speed, feed, depth of cut and length to diameter (L/D) ratio of boring bar has been taken as control factors. ...
